Privacy notice
Last updated: 31 July 2026
This notice covers the public website at worklific.com and messages sent to request information or private-beta access. It does not invent terms for a public service that is not yet on sale.
The public website has no account form, analytics, advertising pixels, or non-essential cookies. We process ordinary request logs to deliver and protect the site, and the details you choose to send if you email us.
Who is responsible
Worklific operates this public website and is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact hello@worklific.com.
What we process
- Website request data: technical information such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device headers, and security events may be processed by the website, hosting, network, and security infrastructure.
- Messages you send: if you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any other information you choose to include.
The public website does not currently provide registration, payment, tracking, or an embedded contact form.
Why we process it
- To deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable public service.
- To answer enquiries and evaluate private-beta requests, including taking steps you ask us to take before any agreement.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to valid legal requests where required.
Who receives it
Infrastructure and security providers, including Cloudflare and the European hosting used for Worklific, may receive technical request data as needed to deliver and protect the website. Email providers process messages sent to us. We do not sell personal data.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must use an applicable legal safeguard. You can ask us for current provider and transfer information.
How long we keep it
Technical logs are kept only for the operational and security periods configured for the website infrastructure. Enquiry messages are kept while needed to respond, assess access, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. The public website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Email hello@worklific.com to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
Private-beta product data
This notice is limited to the public website and initial contact. If you are invited to use the private-beta product, the applicable service and privacy information must be provided before activation and will cover account, workspace, connection, and assistant data.
Changes
We will update this page when the website begins collecting different data or when public registration, analytics, or checkout is introduced. The date above shows the latest revision.
